WACM is able to help those in an emergency financial situation though its Direct Assistance Program (DAP). Help a Neighbor in Need by clicking the DONATE button on this page.

Faced with a past due water bill and scheduled disconnection notice from the city, a mother with two children turned to WACM’s Direct Assistance Program for help.  After verifying the information and need, a check from WACM was sent to the city on her behalf, and the disconnection was cancelled.
